Returns & exchanges
If something isn't right, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Unused, unwashed items in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged. Once we receive and check the item, refunds are processed back through Paystack to the original payment method.
Damaged or incorrect items are our problem, not yours — send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll replace it.
